Acute Mountain Sickness or altitude sickness is a common illness that travelers have to overcome during high altitude journey. Different factors can lead to altitude sickness and not acclimating your body properly with the altitude as you gain elevation is the major one. Best time to go on Yala Peak Climbing
March, April, May & October, November are the most preferred time of the year to go on Yala Peak Climbing. These months are part of the Spring and Autumn seasons. As per data, the weather is more stable in these months, which is essential for successful climbing. Likewise, the moderate climate and clear views make the journey wonderful.
Other seasons like Winter (December to February) and Monsoon (June to mid-September) is not a good time to Yala Peak Climbing due to unstable weather, bad climate, and unclear views. Likewise, heavy snow-fall in winter and rainfall in monsoon makes the trail dangerous.

Food will be served as per the menu of the guesthouse. You will have a good variety of Nepali, Tibetan, and Indian dishes on the menu. Even though you will find some known dishes, the taste might differ because of the seasonings. Likewise, you can also buy snacks in the tea-shops, however, do know that as the elevation will increase the price will also increase.
Boiling water is available in all the guesthouses. You can refill your bottle every time it gets empty. Plastic water bottles are also available, however, we recommend you not to buy it because it increases the waste, as well as the price, are also more than it should be. Do carry water purification tablets with you to double purify the water.
